DirecTV Complaint - DirecTV Fraud
In 2010 I ordered DirecTV. My first time ordering TV satillite service.
With all their promos they had the best NFL package going for the price.
After I received their service with the NFL deal, they jacked up the price.
They didn't keep their end of the deal so I quit them and cancelled my credit card before they chared me about $400.00 to cancel with them.
I sent them all the equipment back they required and still they charged me same amount of money. I the sending properly. And their equipment was in great shape.
Of course I wasn't going to pay any of that. I paid my monthly bill on time only while I was with them.
I wrote them two very reasonable letters why I wasn't going to pay them their $400.00 which really wasn't theirs because they failed on their part of their agreements several times over the phone with at least 3 of their Reps.
If a company fails on their agreements, why don't they just chalk it up for a lost?
I went with Dishnetwork instead and have been happy with them instead and I seen all the NFL football I wanted to and for a good price.
If Dishnetwork could do so well to satisfy customers on their NFL entertainment and not cost so much; why does DirecTV have to get their customers to dislike their company so much because DirecTV sucks so BAD.
They eventually turned me into collections.
