Bank of America Complaint - Worst Customer Service Ever!
I called today to replace a lost credit card, at which time they asked a bunch of questions almost like I was applying for a credit card all over again. They decided that even though I have had this card almost 4 years and have never made a late payment, and frequently paying double my minimum that just because I had some medical bills on my credit they would close my account. This is just one of the many problems I have had with them in the last several months. They do not value their customers and don't care how long you have been with them. They will screw you over every way they can, as frequently as they can. Unless you like having a bank who takes advantage of you with their fees, and apparently has you do a credit application when replacing a lost card and will close your account if you don't meet their expectations DO NOT open an account with them. My accounts would already be closed if they closest branch wasn't 45 minutes away (glad I opened the account in high school thinking "well they're a national bank surely there will be at least an ATM wherever I go to college").
