Sprint Complaint - Cells, lies and rip-offs
I was a "valued customer" for several years. But due to the repetitive issues I have had with them over the past few years...no longer will choose to do business with them. Their ads state certain services are "free" with the right plan, but have discovered too many times that they are charging my "free" nights/weekends, cell-to-cell to my 450 "anytime minutes". Calling customer disservice is no more than an opportunity to raise my blood pressure as they offer an imaginative variety of reasons why my free cell-to-cell calls are being placed on my anytime minutes!
So after too many years of worse than unsatisfactory "service", I am leaving their services with a parting gift to them of a report to the FCC and BBB...and my lates bill and early termination fee!
