Whirlpool - After 7 months....
Cabrio washer - Complaint
Resolution Update on 02/03/2012:
The repairman came out and fixed it. The nut that holds the pulley on fell off, he put Locktite on it, put it back together and it is working just fine now
FLORIDA -- After 7 months of use of this brand new machine and it is already making me want to scream. It started making this grinding noise during the wash cycle of a small and very delicate load. Sounds like stripped gears, but after reading other reviews, it looks like it might be the bearings gone bad. Now it won't "drain and spin". I called the place where I bought it and they will send someone out on in the next few days to look at it. Depending on the outcome, I may just ask for my money back. I haven't talked to Whirlpool about this yet, but I just might. Standby.. I will report back on what the repair main says.
