Erie Construction Complaint - Pushy All the way - Windows, Insulation, porchdoor
Windows, Insulation, porchdoor - Complaint
KENTWOOD, MICHIGAN -- Pushy as hell. both the sales pitches were close to 3 hours long. Windows were fine. When they wanted to sell me insulation and porch door, I told him I had too much going on for any kind of work to be done and maybe I'd do it later. I also said no I don't think so. They won't leave till they get what they want. You must be forceful if you don't want anything. For a follow up to my windows, he asked me to reschedule my already scheduled appointment for follow up. He was desperate to have it fit his schedule. I had to have this conversation with him while I was at WORK. O, and be prepared to have the same conversation with the same people because they don't keep records of who they called. For whatever reason they asked If THEY were the ones who installed the effing windows. Got to the point where I ignored the calls. ANd will continue to ignore anymore calls. I don't appreciate being pushed into something I did not want to do in the first place and they did not respect that I had too much going on. I have yet to get my free digital thermostat and WaterHeater Cover that was written in the contract but it's not worth the hassle and I don't want to see the sales person's face again

I have been reading these reviews, they are consistent with my experience with the company. The long sales pitch, they want to outlast you. Over priced is not even close to saying it right. Their product is same as everybody elses. What about this cut you utility bills in half story, I am looking into that now. Got their windows and can not keep house warm.
