T-Mobile Informative - Contrat renew without my knowledge
WORCESTER, MASSACHUSETTS -- I have been with T-mobile for about 8 years. I saw a commercial to add a second line for five dollars, I added it and since then my bill doubled. I called for something to be done and I was tolled 15 dollars will be taken off my bill for the next 2 years to make up for the mistake on their part. Later went to astore to upgrade my plan to add web and I was told Ihave an existing cotract so I will have to pay 50 dollars to change my plan. I called customer service for something to be done and they said nothing can be done. Please do something soon or I will cancel my phone and not pay the $200 fee.
