IHOP Complaint - Manager - Service

JACKSON, MISSISSIPPI -- My friend and I went to the IHop on Greenway Dr. Jackson, MS. We ordered 2 Breakfast Samplers. Well after we had been sitting an hour..our waitress came out with the bill and told us that the party that was there was now leaving and they could start on our side with our food. This really made us mad abcause they could have told us earlier in that hour wasn't cooking for the side of restaurant we was on and we would have gone somewhere else.. The mgr acted like no big deal ..the side we were on was full also and they had to wait over and hour also..this is not good business.. We started to walk out but it was not the waitress fault IT WAS THE MANAGER'S.. When we got our food only thing that was hot was eggs and they were not cooked to order...We eat there at least 3 times a month and we really don't think will go back again...we got there at 4pm and it was after 6 before be got our food...this is not acceptable....
