Dillons Complaint - Gas complaint - Gasoline

Review by lrector2 on 2012-01-30
WICHITA, KANSAS -- 1/30/12 At 4:35 PM My Wife and me stopped to buy Gasoline the sign on the pole at the intersection read 3.109. I didn't look at the pump price I checked the 10 cents off the price of fuel and should have read 3.009 instead it read 3.099. I complained to consumer service and they said the sign was broken and I should have looked at the pump price which I didn't. All they said we are sorry. I told them I felt sorry for the pore CEO's and thats all the reponse I got. I guess I should go in the store and asked them if the street sign right. Leonard D. Rector

I think that's illegal. Perhaps contact the state, but it might be hard to prove if you don't have photographic evidence.
