Cingular Wireless Complaint - Phone Upgrade
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- I have been a long term customer of att wireless long term meaning more than 5 years. Since that time I have only upgraded my phone 1 time, so this week I called the new att (cingular) 4 times about upgrading and all I kept hearing was no you have to upgrade to a more expensive plan, or you have to sign a 2 year agreement, or no you have to sign a 2 year agreement and get a more expensive plan. Why? I have been a loyal customer in 5 years I have never been late and I do mean NEVER. So why is it that there is not any special offers for dedicated customers. Other cell companies offer special perks. I am just really upset and it is highly likely that I will not continue to do business with the "NEW" cingular wireless.
