MCMURRY, PENNSYLVANIA -- I took my RAM 1500 in to have a rubbing noise checked, turned out to be a brake calipe. Vasko or should I say shaftko took apart the whole rear end of my truck, put it back together and all the fluid leaked out causing the whole rear differential to all need replaced. They replaced everything except they set the ring and pinon to the wrong depth, causing it to wear of center and need replaced again. After letting the service manager John drive my truck with me he minimized the the winding noise, calling it a four or five on his scale and told me vehicles make noise and he was not taking the rear apart again. His shop just did the work 21days prior and he refused to cover it, stating I won't get paid to do this again, well it did get paid for and Monroville Chyrsler Jeep fixed it, i must tell you if you have any issues with your vehicle don't take it TO VASKO. POOR LEADERSHIP EQUALS POOR TRAINING OF STAFF AND THE DODGE CHRYSLER CORPERATION SHOULD KNOW HOW POOR OF A JOB THESE BOZOS ARE DOING OUT THERE, DODGE SHOULD BE MORTIFIED THAT THE SERVICE MANAGER THEY HAVE IN PLACE HERE/CO OWNER IS REPRESENTING THEIR BRAND SO POORLY, AND BY THE WAY JOHN YOU GOT PAID TO DO THE WORK RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, I DONT BLAME CHRYSLER FOR NOT PAYING YOU THE SECOND TIME, AFTER ALL YOUR STAFF COULD NOT DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM WITH THE CALIPER I BELEIVE YOU CALLED IT THE BUCHIE NOISE, I CALL IT POOR LEADERSHIP. HOW YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT IS BEYOND ME, YOUR TYPE OF SERVICE CENTER... YOU TAKE A VEHICLE FOR A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT MESSAGE TURNS OUT TO BE A FUSE AND YOU TELL THE CUSTOMER THEY NEED $1200.00 WORTH OF WORK. I WOULD NOT TAKE MY KIDS BIG WHEEL TO GET FIXED HERE LET A LONE MY $32.000.00 TRUCK.
