BillMeLater Complaint - Claim For Service Provided Without Proof Of Something Never Bought

ATLANTA, MARYLAND -- I received a bill from BillMeLater, a company I never used, nor in fact ever heard of. When I asked them to provide proof for the item I had purchased from PetCo, they sent me to another company, who in turn could not produce any proof that I purchased this item. They told me I had to go to my police department and say I was the victim of fraud. I did and told the police I was the victim of fraud by BillmeLater. I also wrote to the US board of victims for internet fraud to report BillmeLater as a fraudulent account. I await their reply. Users beware. Do Not use this source. Use PayPal. This is an account that only pretends to be part of PayPal and gets innocent people to pay annoying bills just to get rid of them. Write to any authority or contact any any person to report this scam operation, so no one else will be bilked out of money.

Bill Me Later is cheating people. This is what they saying on they website in HELP section:
How was an unknown party able to improperly access the Bill Me Later marketing file?
Unfortunately, an outside party was able to defeat the security measures put in place by one of our third party vendors, an email database management firm, and they were unable to protect the information you provided to us for marketing purposes. Law enforcement authorities have been notified and are investigating the matter.
The breach did not involve any Bill Me Later systems or those of our merchants and the information accessed cannot be used to make fraudulent purchases(hmmm...)
