McDonalds Complaint - Just lost a customer!!! Not like they care!
TYLER, TEXAS -- I just went to the McDonalds on 5th street and the loop, store # 20046. I placed a large order. When I got to the second window I was first handed the bag of fries, as soon as I peered in the bag I saw that one container was only about halfway full, and as I picked up the other two cartons I saw that they too werent full so I politely asked the guy at the drive thru if they could please fill the fries because I had intentionally super sized these meals so that I would have enough food to feed all the children that I have at home. He handed it to a manager CANDY and she said we don't open the boxes all the way as she rolled her eyes at me! Then she yanked the bag out of the guys hands and he told me to please pull forward because they were waiting on fries. I pulled up but turned off the engine and went right inside because I was worried, with the way this MANAGER was acting about what would happen to my food. As soon as I walked in the door another employee was handing me my french fries. I let her know that I still needed two kids meals. She was then looking for the ketchup and told Adriana or something like that at the register that I needed ketchup. I told her that I did not need ketchup but the rest of my food. This adrianna told me that it was not this other ladies fault that I was upset. WOW!! This was not even her place, and she did not even know what was going on to even be saying anything. The CANDY lady then asked me if the kid meals were chicken or burgers. If they had not been cheating and deleting the order before it was completed they would known what I needed. When I got home the food was cold, oooh and by the way, the fries were the same ones.... not any hot fresh ones and they had just been fluffed up probably by someones hands, no one was wearing gloves!! I spent 29.47 on this and threw it all in the trash. I plan to be speaking to Brenda first thing in the morning and getting my money back!!
