Sears Complaint - Our Panasonic 50" TV
DUBOIS, PENNSYLVANIA -- Thank-You for reading my complaint. Back in September we bought a Panasonic 50" TV, every thing was going fine until 5-6 months later the picture was blurry and the colors were off, we called a repair man, they came out 3 different times to replace parts, Still the TV was not right, He said that that was all he could do. We were furious but did not know what to do next. So I decided to send a complaint to you. We feel that since their has not been any resolve in this matter, we want to be compinsated with a new TV. A Vios 50" with WI-FI-cmputor ready-3-D. We feel that you treated us unjustly. I look forward to hearing from you A.S.P.
