Qwest/Centurylink Complaint - Sad, frustrated and angry - Phone service

BOISE, IDAHO -- My experience has been maddening, costly and unresolved. I have lost time and revenue due to the lack of customer service, poor service in products and integrity. century link/ Qwest does not even acknowledge the proof that I have provided in writing from its own customer service department. They have yet to establish any proof for an alleged service agreement, I did not agree to.

It is impossible to resolve anything because no one sees anything through you are passed from person to person and department to department and they continue to harass and stalk you along the way.

If this was an isolated story I would feel less irritated and have more faith in the qwest/centurylink system. The reality is I know so many people that have had billing issues, poor service going un addressed or repaired, products not delivered as sold and un agreed billing changes in service plans. Common compliant lack of responsiveness. Don't due what they agree to do. Poor communication lack of responsibility.

At this point I will and recommend you avoid this carrier at all cost.
In the end when you have a problem it really cost you.
