Sears Complaint - Never Again
ALABAMA -- It's easier to deal with the fact that my NEW Washer has seen 4 tech's in the short time that I have owned it. It's harder to deal with the rude and dare I say incompetant customer service department. I have been so put out and inconvenienced. I'm frustrated and angry that Sears could be so indifferent to the way they service their customers. Obviously they do not value their customers. I don't have the time or energy to detail the story of my ordeal. I work hard to make a living, but seriously, I feel like hauling this piece of junk back to Sears and putting out the money to buy a new one. It would be worth it to never have to deal with them again.
