Wendy's Complaint - Poor Management Or Cheating Customers
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA -- I`ve been going to this restaurant since it opened, but will start going somewhere else. Fairly new manager, with tattoos on arms, has fallen down badly on his job, or is attempted to cheat customers. Back in Oct 2011, I had complained to him about the sanitary condition of the dining area. Trash containers were overflowing, trays on top and on floor because there was no way they could be emptied. On other occaisions, (Non 2011, and twice in Jan 2012), when I ordered a medium `Combo`, I was told that they did not have Medium cups, I was given a Small soda, but paid the same price that would ordinarily get me a `medium`. Two weeks later - same order, but this time they did not have lids for medium cups. I suggested that they push the button for a medium drink, but put it in a large cup! Oh, we can`t do that - Iwas told. I have since gone to Burger King, - it`s a little further away, but there is no funny business, and you always get a receipt so you can check that you paid for what you got- practice that Wendy`s should do !
