Sprint Complaint - Sprint Disappoints - Sprint Wireless
I have been a loyal Sprint customer for the last 5 years. I have accepted a premium surcharge for "4G" service that never seems to work. All of that was fine until my phone died and I got to witness the apathetic nature of Sprint and the customer service. I made an "appointment" with a store only to go there and wait 25 minutes so a representative could fill out one piece of paper to accept my phone for repair. What was suppose to be a 1 hour service turned into 1.5 hours. Afterwards they said, "oh we couldn't fix the phone." They handed me back the phone dead and said they MAY be able to get a replacement to me in a week. After I told the representative that I was not walking out of their store without a working phone he then went back - pulled another phone like mine (after saying they had no parts to fix my phone) and then within THREE minutes swapped parts out and got the phone partially functional. They then went on to say that the phone is on back order and that they MAY be able to get a working replacement in a week - this is after I have been paying for full "insurance" all the way through. They suggested I speak to the insurance company who then informed me that if I paid another $100 they could send me a another phone in a few days. This is Sprint service in a nutshell! Sprint's prices are good - just pray that you never have to rely on their customer service because they are just nice people who are incompetent and apparently cannot accomplish anything!
