Healthcare Customer Service - Complaint
Regrettably joined United Healthcare as a result of being an AARP member. Had a billing problem when one Dr. tried over-billing me. Called UHC 5 times. Got 5 different stories. Asked to speak to a supervisor after my first call. Told, no supervisor was available but one would call within 72 hours. Nearly 2 weeks later and still no call. Since I am paying for health care, I expect help when there's a billing issue. Problem still pending. No results yet. Would *** never *** recommend United Healthcare to my worst enemy! The reps are far from knowledgeable!
