LANCASTER, OHIO -- Was put through a collection agency for $13.18 For this product that was to be paid in 5 installments. Sent more than enough money to cover this. I made many phone calls and all I got was the run around. Please shoppers, beware and watch your statements if you use bill me later for purchases from QVC. This best not affect my credit rating because I have excellent credit.
I was told several times that it would be taken care of-not!
After reading other reviews, I can't believe QVC is still in business.

Are you saying that you overpaid and it still went to collections? If you have proof that you paid in full then this should be easy to clear up with QVC and the collection agency.
