Dunkin Donuts - Service Was Horrible

DANVERS, MASSACHUSETTS -- I asked to get a med french vanilla hot coffee with xtra cream & sugar. Didn't get that. I also asked for a med regular ice coffee with xtra cream & sugar. He charge me for a hot coffee. I also asked for a number 12 which is ham & cheese on a french roll, he put in a number 5. I can't eat your eggs, it upsets my stomach. I asked the lady if she could make the 12 like I asked Joseph told the sandwich lady that I was a liar. I come to Dunkin Donuts for my coffee & sandwiches. I don't appreciate how I was treated in your store today. That's not customer service. I'm dissatisfied with your service. Very poor how he handle this situation.

Isn't iced coffee more expensive than hot coffee? I wouldn't be upset if I got charged a hot coffee rather than an iced coffee.

I wasnt too upset about that. It was the sandwich part. How you going to call a customer a liar right in front of me. I knw what I ordered. Why would I order an egg sandwich knowing it hurts my stomach? Does that make any sence??

I would call the owner of that D&D and tell him/her what transpired. If you get no results then, I would go to another D&D. there are plenty to choose from if you live up here in New England... GO PATS!!!!!
