My Bobs - Missing product

TOTOWA, NEW JERSEY -- I purchased 2 bedroom set in Jan 2012, Part 1 came on 1/21/12 and Part 2 came on 1/31/12, the glass on the vanity was missing and no one told us until we asked the delivery guys where is the piece. We called customer service and they told us not until the Mar 2012 we would get it. They sent the vanity again on 2/3/12 with the piece of glass still missing. I'm not sure how you could run a company and not make sure the parts of the furniture are together before you deliver it. It is one thing being cheap but if you can't deliver the product you selling how could you conduct and stay in business.

I did a quick search and this My Bob's store seems to have more complaints than some of their other locations. You may want to contact My Bob's customer service at 1-800-569-1284 and/or file a complaint with New Jersey's consumer agency at http://www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/ocp/complaints.htm
