Samsung Droid Charge - Complaint
GREENSBOROR, NORTH CAROLINA -- I have a Samsung Droid Charge with Verizon Wireless. This particular device has been known to have many defects. The two I have experienced is the camera showing a black screen when you attempt to capture a photo. To fix this, you must restart the phone.
The other problem I have with the phone is the calling quality. When I use the phone, I can hear the caller on the other end but they can not hear me. I informed Verizon Wireless about this problem so they had me factory resest the phone. That did not work so, they ordered another Droid Charge. Less than a month of having the phone, I am having the same problem. Today in the store, I was told to that the apps I added to the phone was the problem so I had to factory reset the phone again. That did not work. I took the phone back to the same store and they said I have to try another Droid Charge instead of giving me another make and model of phone.
I had to factory reset/start from scratch with the phone three times now. It will end up being four when the next Droid Charge comes in. I am very upset with Verizon not giving me another phone after the troubles of running to the store four times in thirty days, reseting the phone's settings, and having the same problem with the same make/model of phone.
I do not suggest using a Samsung Droid Charge
