CITRUS HEIGHTS, CALIFORNIA -- I think it is a great product, I'm just not sure if you put face lotion on before you use it or not? I guess I will try both ways. Thanks so much.

Since the primer is used just before applying makeup, I would use your normal face moisturizer first.
