Papa Johns - Uncaring Employees and Management
PITTSBORO, NORTH CAROLINA -- Last Saturday I decided to stop into Papa Johns and give them a try. It was about 2pm, so I figured I would not have to wait long. When I walked in, there was one lady ahead of me, but nobody at the counter. I figured they were getting her pizza. After about 2-4 minutes, someone finally started walking to the front. He was in no rush that two people were at the counter. He stopped to talk to a few people on the way. Then this guy seemed clueless on how to enter the lady's order into the computer. After waiting another 3-4 minutes, I walked out.
I drove to Domino's and ordered a great pizza. It was awesome!!!
After getting home, I went onto the Papa Johns website to complain. I promptly received an email saying that they forwarded my complaint to the owners/managers of that store. After one week, the owners/managers have not contacted me. Now I see why their employees do not care about customers, because the owners/managers do not care.
I would stay away from Papa Johns. Why give you hard earned money to people that don't care about you. Stick with Elizabeth's or Domino's.
