Metro PCS - Non-Cooperation with cell phone
HUAWEIM835 Android 2.2.2 - Complaint
NORTHAMPTON, PENNSYLVANIA -- I purchased my new cell phone in Nov. 2011 because I heard from friends how great they were. Two months later, I had to call customer service to get a number blocked. After being cutoff three times, they said I had to go into a store to perform this action. I went to two Metro PCS stores, one on MacArthur Rd, Whitheall, Pa and the kiosk at the Leh Valley Mall, Whitheall, pa. The first store said my phone was listed as "High Priority" which meant they could do absolutely nothing for me. The same was told to me at the second store. Both stores said I had to go to Philadelphia, Pa or New York City (Corporate Hdqrts) for anyone to help me!!! I had my driver's license for identification, but it simply did not matter. I am disabled, I have No car and this only option is ridiculous. All I want is a number blocked on my phone. I NEVER asked my phone to be put on that status, it was obviously an error on the person who sold me the cell phone. I want that status removed also. Now are you telling me, Metro PCS, no one can help me unless I drive 200 miles away from my residence???? Can someone please help me with my cell phone. I phoned customer service today to add more characters for my text messaging and they also said they could not help me with that, I had to go to their corporate offices in Philadelphia or New york. Please help me.
