Enterprise - Fraudulant Charges
FRISCO, TEXAS -- My husband and I were involved in a car accident at the fault of another person. The insurance company agreed to pay the cost of a rental. My husband went to pick up the rental car from Enterprise and the girl insisted that he give a credit card as a "deposit" and reassured him that his card would not be charged. After returning the vehicle in perfect condition 3 days later imagine my surprise to find a charge from Enterprise for $57.16. Now, after 3 phone calls to Enterprise, our issue has still not been resolved. We continue to get the run-around from Enterprise, "we just have one more form to fill out" or "you need to talk to the manager". We attempted to call the manager, "JIMMY" and we were told that he was with a customer and would call us "right back"...4 hours later and we are still awaiting his call. Enterprise clearly cares little about customers and is completely fine with FRAUD!
