On the last day of September, 2011, I bought Crystal a new HP computer/ On Friday evening, it suddenly quit working, showing a black screen with white letters that made no sense whatsoever. We took it io our computer techs place, Zebra Computers, in Centralia today and they ran a diagnostic on it. The test concluded, and the boot test had failed. The conclusion is that the hard drive had gone bad. I went into Google to look for HP Service, and JustAnswer was the third listing. They demanded a deposit on our credit card prior to answering. What I finally got was an attorney who went off on a tangent about the legal issue of warranties. I was able to contact Hewlett Packard and found the computer was under warranty, and they are sending us a new hard drive. JustAnswer guarantees satisfaction and claim your deposit is not collected until you are satisfied. I sent them a reply that their answer was totally unsatisfactory, as it did nothing to help me get the hard drive fixed. Use caution if you go to JustAnswer.com.
