78279 COLLEGE AVENUE, COLORADO -- Early in Dec 2011 I started negotiating with the company Overarmorbags/Overarmourstore to develop and manufacture a small number of specialist guitar bags for me. The ad on their website reads "we can custom design any pattern or size you're looking for in our product selection!"
We exchanged "design specifications" and they sent me two prototypes. I suggested changes to the prototypes and we proceeded with the deal. (I paid $100 deposit and another $115 for delivery of the final product.) I have just now taken delivery of product which definitely do not meet the "specifications". The changes were not implemented and the product was in fact changed to a design and a size way worse than the prototypes. I live in New Zealand and find it very difficult to source specialized goods for my small endeavor and even more difficult to deal with entities who (to the best of my knowlwdge) outsource their production and do not keep control over their quality.
