JUNDIAĆ­ -- At first, when I joined the line and radio Nextel Nextel Unlimited, all charges were correct and as a customer was fully satisfied ... Until when, for financial reasons, wanted to cancel my account so as not to stay in an uncomfortable situation and not to harm the company also NEXTEL Telecommunications. I called Nextel and did everything that I was guided to this end (close my account), noted treatment protocols, and the likely closure behalf of the attendant who said that my order was successful ... Asked to wait for a confirmation link that to this day do not get and when, finally managed to get in touch again with the Nextel telecommunications citizens who assisted me said that my account was still active and that the company tried several times to contact me (which does not express the truth). DETAIL REVOLT THAT DOES NOT HAVE EVEN NOW OR CELL CHIP PROVIDER AND DESPITE ALL THE BILLS KEEP COMING, WITH INTEREST, AND CORRECTION gradually complicate ME IF I REALLY HAD TO PAY. What to do? I'm putting together the paperwork and waiting for an attitude STILL RESPONSIBLE and ETHICAL company NEXTEL Telecommunications...
