Toshiba America Customer Relations - Toshiba Regza Tvs Are Total Crap !
Regza 52 inch LCD TV - Complaint
IRVINE, CALIFORNIA -- After writing to complain about the RIDICULOUSLY short life of my 52 inch Regza TV (which failed after 2 years in service - bad panel, same vertical line problem as countless other people have experienced)
Their so-called Customer Service Rep Dawn [snip] promised me a $575 refund. Upon finding out the TV was trashed (based on the diagnosis of a TOSHIBA_authorized repair center..) She then ignored her commitment, will not respond to calls or letters, and will not honor her commitment to verify my story and pay me (1/3 the original price after 2 years....better than nothing, I guess)
She is a liar, irresponsible, dishonest....be warned. I have the written proof.
I will share this with the entire world if necessary. She should be fired...and Toshiba forced to pay for all of their defective TVs
