FLORIDA -- USAA MORTGAGE and INSURANCE - Incompetent people. False and Misleading advertising. We have been pestered to death to finance our mortgage and insurance with them. We sold our home and bought a new one. USAA told us they could accomplish a new mortgage with them within 40 days. We missed our closing date on a new home. Why - because USAA Underwriters kept passing our file to another person. Even though we complied with every request within 12 hours. They kept losing our file and told us on 10 occasions they would straighten it out. Well, they continue to make multiple mistakes even on insurance policies. We will no longer continue to do their job for them. We are in the process of dumping USAA on everything. Do not use any of their services as they cannot comply with simple law and contracts.
