NEW YORK -- I purchased my sleeper sofa from Jennifer Convertibles last May, 2011. I am still fighting with them to fix the numberous problems with the sofa. First, the delivery people that I had was horrible and extremely unfriendly. The customer care department is the worst I have every come across. They are unfriendly, they do not write down all of the issues, they deny info that you tell them. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there were none. When I asked customer care to call me back with ino, they said they cannot make calls out??!! They are not forthcoming with information and when they do, its a story that keeps changing.

I have had service people come out numerous times...and I am still very unhappy with my purchase. The quality of my sleeper sofa is horrible. It sags, the material is cheap and the cusions are not bit enough for the covers, making it very ill fitted. Basically I paid $1,800 for a piece of garbage. I should of gone to discount furniture...would be a lot less stressful and 1/2 the price.
