Hassett Ford - Hassett's Loyalty referral Program

WANTAGH, NEW YORK -- This is the email that I sent to Tim Coppola at Hassett Ford on 1/31/2012 and I still have not received a reply from them. I will never purchase or lease a Ford again or refer anyone to Ford. They have lost a loyal customer for not reimbursing a lousy 200.00.

Please see below for the email chain between my husband and Thomas [snip] for
the $100.00 incentive for Ford's Loyalty Referral Program. As you can see we
leased our cars in July and August of 2011 and were finally told in the second
week of January 2012 that because we referred our Daughter we were ineligible
for this program due to the fact that family members are exempt from this offer.
Imagine my anger and frustration when my Daughter Chelsea Scott was sent this
email from you on 1/31/2012 and in print" when you refer a friend, relative or
work associate who purchases or leases a New or Pre-Owned Hassett Lincoln, Ford
and/or Subaru from Tim [snip], we will give you $100.00." We have been Ford
owners for over 12 years and would like for you to know that this has been an
unacceptable resolution for us. First we were told that the checks for both my
Daughter and I were in the mail and then we were given the run around for months
on end without any explanation and not to mention the time and effort that my
husband spent trying to receive a response from anyone in the Hassett office is
inexcusable.
I would appreciate an honest answer from either you or Ford within the next few
