COWETA, OKLAHOMA -- My local Walmart store was out of the lotion I buy for sore muscles so I went to Amazon.com. Beneath the product name it read "6 new from $35.99" which I mistakenly read as the cost for 6 new 16-oz bottles of lotion. Turns out, when I received my order of only one bottle and contacted Isupply Great Deals they informed me it was the price for one bottle.

Needless to say I was shocked!! After repeated emails to this company, which refused to answer me, I finally got through to Amazon.com. I have returned the bottle of lotion at my expense for shipping plus got hit with a ridiculous 20% restocking fee. I have since found another store local store that sells them for the price I previously was paying (less than $5.00 per bottle).

In conclusion, I would like to say the following. While Amazon has no control over the prices set by their sellers they did agree to credit me the return shipping and 20% restocking fee. It was the right thing to do. As far as Isupply Great Deals I have this to say. A great deal it is for them when they buy a product and sell it for a 700% profit. This ii a case of pure GREED above and beyond anything I have ever experienced before.

That's way too much to pay when there are generic products that will provide the same relief for (as you found) $5. Buyer beware is right.
