Shoes Over Charged Will Not Refund - Complaint
INTERNET, TENNESSEE -- In November 2011 I ordered two pair of shoes from Kmart/Sears, the shoes where showing one price, when put in shopping cart, the price went up. I called and the representative said she would take care of it. first she charged me twice, one price was the discount price and the other was the regular price, She took off the discount price, I have called sent copies they say that they are sending me the refund, it has been sent still have not received anything 02/11/12. When I sent a copy of the proof they wanted a copy of my bank account, faxed that they said that they will get back with me and a month has past by.
Their service is bad I know why they are going out of business.
