SILVERTON, OREGON -- Robin I'm done with the run-around and conversations that yield nothing. You have my account information, it's your job to do this not mine. I'm not going to hire a contractor for you, as you suggested in your last voicemail. Your solution to have me find the proper person and let you know is not a sufficient response to my claim.

Talk with your service crew let me know when you can be here to resolve this. I've sent you pictures, you have our claim on file, you've sent people to the house twice just to review the interior damage. You have discussed this with me more than once, It's time, Mr. GM, figure it out.

I'll stop posting to consumer sites on how John's Waterproofing Company in Silverton, OR has handled my claim when you figure out how to get it done. I'm astonished by your response to the problem. Maybe others accept this as service, but I call it abysmal.

Please stop calling and respond via email with any questions, I'm tired of the unproductive, ridiculous conversations that get nothing done. It's hard to believe that John's Waterproofing Company in Silverton, OR costs us both so much due to failed products and even worse incompetence.
