[snip] these caps...I have arthritis and fibromyalgia and I can't get these caps off....I had to use a knife just now and cut my finger open !
I either need a man or start drinking Coke LOL! Please give us better caps that don't hurt the hands ..those ridges are also making blisters after 10 minutes of fighting with these bottles :(:(

Coke's bottles are the same way. I complain all the time about them. But, you should swtich to Coke anyway...Coke is much better than Poopsi!

Small caps= less plastic but more importantly on a HCSM they are faster to load and speed production. As odd as it may sound slip grip pliers to break the seal.

I just opened a new bottle of Cascade dishwasher liquid today and thought I'd never get the top off. When I finally did that container was placed under the kitchen sink with no lid period. Some individuals have never had a problem opening anything. Trust me it will happen sooner or later and then you will understand what others are complaining about.

We keep a pipe wrench plier set for bottles and I still cuss!!! What is the bottlers problem??
