Coffee Pot - Complaint

DES MOINES, IOWA -- I ordered a coffee pot from Gevalia. I did receive the pot but when it arrived it looked cheap. I called the company back twice and asked to return it. Twice they said they would send me a return. I still have not received it as of yet BBB will be my next step

It wouldn't hurt to also file a complaint with the Iowa Consumer Protection Agency: http://www.state.ia.us/government/ag/consumer/
