MICHIGAN -- I was a Primo's Communications customer. My last bill has a total of 5 cents "error", because the system does not know how to add up "properly". I guess if they are having an "error" of 5 cents for many customers, the business is just making a good profit.

This a very bad experience, unfortunately, and I recognize in the owners names people from my country!!!!! It is a shame! They came here to destroy the democracy!!!!

I am so ashamed that they destroy everything. They are my people! I am ashamed to say that.

Of course, I cancelled my account and I will let everyone know about this bad company.

I paid the 5 cents and the late fee and I do not want to deal with them anymore!
