Orbitz.com - Orbitz sucks
I booked a ticket via Orbitz last night. I paid for the ticket and I assumed that the flight is booked. So I went and made other arrangements including purchasing the return ticket on a separate website.
Later, I received an email that the flight has been cancelled. I called Orbitz today, and after over an hour of wait over the phone, they said that they fixed the problem. Again after a while I received this email that the flight is cancelled. I called again but this time I waited over 2 hours! and finally they said that there was cancellation from the airline and they cannot issue a ticket! And they will not be responsible for the return booking I made!
