SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA -- When the return flight on this reservation was abruptly moved 2 DAYS later from 2/22 to 2/24, I asked to cancel it and rebook on American Airlines. I am unwilling to fly out of the US and find out I have been stranded by an airline that behaves this way.
Booked a flight from Miami to Kingston 2/19-2/22. Within days, the outbound flight was changed from Sunday 2/19 to 2/18. That was worked around by agreeing to fly from Ft. Lauderdale on 2/19. Then I was notified that the return was abruptly changed from 2/22 to 2/24. Unacceptable. Asked for cancellation and refund since airline was refusing to perform on date requested.

On January 28, 2012 I spoke to a Travelocity representative who stated that Caribbean air was not answering the phone and promised a callback within 48 hours. There has been no callback.

This date, at 1:15 pm PST I spoke with Diana. I was told that I could not cancel and receive a refund. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told no supervisor was available.

An airline is not entitled to keep my money when it fails to provide the contracted service !!!

Travelocity's handling of this matter has been indifferent and unprofessional. I will not be using them again.
