FC&A Publishing - Fraudulent Billing Ripping People Off
Book: 'It Pays To Be A Senior' - Complaint
Resolution Update on 02/15/2012:
FC&A cancelled the billing and removed me from their mailing list, very nicely.
I received a bill from FC&A Publishing for a book they claim I purchased, demanding payment of almost $40. I have ordered books from FC&A in the past, when we lived in Arizona. That was over three years ago, however. Given our current financial status, the last thing we are going to be doing is ordering books. FC&A puts out a number of books on various subjects ranging from how to improve your heart health to tip on filing income taxes, and I might have been interested in a book on special offers and deals for seniors if we could afford it. Unfortunately, this has been a bad three months. There is no such book in our house or in our property at our son's house. If I had ordered this book, I would pay for it no matter how much of a strain it would be, but I did not order this book. I sent FC&A an email, stating what I have stated here.
