ATT Uverse and Cable - Too Good to be True

OXFORD, MICHIGAN -- I will not bore you with the loooong story of my AT&T experience. Suffice to say I got an unbelievable deal to sign up. I've also been give so many free things to stay on. But honestly, I'd rather pay for service that actually WORKS. If resetting your box almost everyday and waiting on long calls for service, to have repairmen call you at 7:58 P.M. (4-8 P.M. appt block) on Valentine's Day to make the repair doesn't sound good . . . please run in the other direction before signing up with ATT.

That is exactly what this site thrives on is details. People want to know what was promised and what did they failed to deliver.

My neighbor has this service and you couldn't pay her to switch. But, OTOH, I have very good service from Comcast. I swear by it--others swear AT it.

Around these parts I've yet to meet a happy AT&T Uverse customer. I guess like sasquatch they are rumored to exist I just haven't seen one yet.
