? -- I have a Sanyo Incognito cell phone which is faulty...this is the second one, the first was also faulty and returned or exchanged for another..the second I could not return as my store warranty had expired because I could not take it back due to loosing my Grandfather, Father, Uncle and Grandmother in the course of 5 months there..can not afford to purchase another phone, nor to pay the company for technical advice on the phone..due to the deaths in the family..I have always been satisfied with other items made by Sanyo but with this experience with these two Sanyo Incognito cell phones I am rethinking my opinion of Sanyo...Any suggestions?????? I do not wish to pay for my complaint to be heard or posted to this web site either........

This is a public consumer site and you don't pay anything to post here. Come back and participate as often as you wish. You might try contacting Sanyo North American Headquarters (2055 Sanyo Ave., San Diego, CA 92154) at their general number (619) 661-1134, explain your problem (the deaths in your family) and see if they can lend some assistance. Very sorry to hear of your losses and my condolences.
