Long John Silvers - It just didn't match up to the picture that was shown on the ad.

DECATUR, INDIANA -- When I received the ad in my newspaper I could hardly wait to go over and get it. But I was really dispointed the cod fish was about the size of a goft ball. I have always the fish but I won't be going back to get any more. The picture on the ad showed two nice size pieces but that was not the case. Very dispointed in Decatur. Rating scale 1 the store number was H534001.

Unfortunately in fast food, what's depicted on the TV ads, seldom, if ever, matches the actual product the customer actually receives.

You may want to consider removing your personal information from you post.

I assume you are talking about the new thick cod filet they are selling now for something like $5.99. I was going to try it, but thanks for telling us about this apparent scam. I like LJS and we eat there a couple of times a month, usually getting the fish and more when we have a coupon for $3.99. We would go more, but the loud noise they call music blaring while we eat is not conducive to dining. Thanks for the tip

Since our government has nothing better to do these days, there really should be a law protecting consumers from fradulent photo depictions of fast-food.

Maybe the law would require CEOs of each FF company travel the world and eat the actual food being served.

After throwing up a few times, maybe the food would start to get better.
