Gold's Gym - Horrible Customer Service

AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Rude Managment, They don't care about members and if you call to complaint the boss gets very defensive and excuses the poor actitud of employes. They don't apologize and when you think they may be trying to apologize you get what I felt a slap on the face with their comments.
Worst day ever.
Also they told me that I can cancel any time if I want to, this comment came from the guy who says being The owner of the gym, right after he asked me how long I been a member.
PS: I been a member for no more than a year. I guess I'm not an importan customer to them.

This is just my opinion but when you do not explain what happened it is very difficult for the reader to determine what injustice was done to you.
