Undelivered Floral Arrangement - Complaint
FAIRFAX -- I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) online. I suggest everyone does the same because they currently have an "A" rating which is the highest available and obviously doesn't reflect the service this company is providing. I too ordered a bouquet for delivery on Valentine's Day that never arrived and it wasn't until two full days later that I received an email telling me it never was delivered. They "graciously" offered to schedule a new delivery, which is a ton of help since Valentine's Day has passed and the damage is done. My loved ones were expecting these. My money has also not been refunded yet.
