Supershuttle - I would never take this again

SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA -- I've taken multiple shuttles for my business trips. This has been the worst experience of all. I called to notify that I got to the airport... and they tell me that it'll b there in 5 min. 30 minutes pass by and I call again..."5 minutes" ...30 more min ....."it'll be there in 5". Rude people over the phone an more waiting.

Let Super Shuttles know about this at http://www.airportshuttles.com/faqs/index.php so they can inform the franchise owner of the problem.
