LANAKILA, HAWAII -- Hi my name is Polo from Las Vegas, I had ordered a product from Vitacost because the product that I wanted wasn't in the store location. Well anyway, when I received my products I was missing one item so I called thee numbers that I was directed to and they put me on hold for 30 mins., it seemed like hours. Well, she got back on the phone and I told her my complaint, so she gave me another number to call about my situation.

This other lady was just super disrespectful no hi or what's my name. It was like who are you and I was just shocked on how she came to me. I believe her name was Lola, well this is last time I'm shopping there.

All I wanted was my item that I paid for and still didn't get it. Be careful, cause this company way too ghetto for me.

If you get a chance, edit this review so it reflects that this is a complaint about Vitacost. From the title, it may appear that it's a complaint about another company or their product. You have the right idea, though. If Vitacost doesn't want your business, go to a competitor that does.
