Gevalia - Poor service; difficult to impossible to stop that coffee coming
I had used Gevalia before and had similar problems stopping shipments so I guess I deserve this; however, the quality of the coffee brought me back when I moved where my favorite coffee was unavailable. ERROR. Moving again, I cancelled the coffee.
Another shipment arrived. I called the company, who said to return it and they would credit my account. Did so - cost me around $12 but at least I was finished. Instead, EIGHT MONTHS LATER they sent another shipment, and a family member accepted it and paid the extra $15 charges. I called Gevalia, spoke to (another) representative who apologized, said to keep the coffee and the account will be closed with no balance owing.
This month I received another statement with TWO balances telling me I was over 60 days in arrears.
This is an awful company and I am certainly going to do all I can to let everyone possible know that once they start, this coffee will arrive forever.
